Peter Searle Design | Building Design

Peter Searle Design was engaged to design two contemporary townhouses in Fitzroy within a Heritage Overlay. The development consists of Medium spacious townhouses, two and three storeys on a 271sq metre site. Each house will achieve 5 star rating plus and the Northern side will have a lap pool on level 1. The development is currently in it's early stages of planning and construction is expected to commence mid 2009.
